Sales and Business Development: Seeking and closing sales via the international broker market. Developing and implementing sales strategies. Collaborating with brokers to secure new business opportunities. Negotiating on price. Customer Engagement and Satisfaction: Dealing with charter inquiries from the website or via telephone. Providing quotes to potential clients or their brokers and making follow-up calls. Building and maintaining relationships with clients and operators. Acting as a liaison with customers regarding payments, needs analysis, and satisfaction. Operational Efficiency: Working closely with the scheduling department to ensure aircraft empty legs are utilized. Coordinating and finalizing trip bookings. Monitoring and optimizing pricing strategies. Ensuring profit margins are maintained. Data Management and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, quotes, and bookings. Generating reports on sales performance and market trends. Monitoring client feedback and maintaining communication records. Keeping abreast of industry trends and regulations. Continuous Improvement and Team Collaboration: Identifying opportunities for process improvements. Participating in training and development programs. Sharing market insights and feedback with the team. Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments. Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Experience in private aviation charter sales would be of preference but not essential. You will be dealing with clients from around the world, so fluency in both written and spoken English is essential; We’ll teach you everything you need to know about the private aviation market, but you must have 1-3 years’ experience in a sales role; Private aviation is a competitive market so you will be hungry for sales and passionate about maintaining outstanding levels of customer satisfaction; In this fast-paced environment, an entrepreneurial mind-set with the ability to think on your feet will be key. This role requires being authorized to work in the United States Hourly rate range: $24 to $26 per hour + commission. Options
