Sales Lead Coordinator We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Sales Lead Coordinator to support our sales and service teams. This role is vital in ensuring every customer inquiry and lead is handled quickly, professionally, and with care. You'll play a key role in converting incoming leads into scheduled appointments, supporting our sales representatives, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from the first call to the booked service. Your ability to multitask, problem-solve, and provide top-tier customer service will directly impact our growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & Scheduling Respond to and manage incoming customer leads from phone calls, online forms, and marketing campaigns Qualify leads and assign them to the appropriate sales representative or service team Schedule and confirm sales appointments with customers, optimizing routes and availability Track lead progress and ensure timely follow-up to maximize conversion rates Customer Service & Communication Act as the first point of contact for potential customers, delivering a professional and positive experience Answer customer questions, explain services, and provide accurate information to build trust Follow up on unsold estimates, missed appointments, or pending leads to re-engage customers Document customer interactions and keep detailed, accurate records in CRM/dispatching software Sales Support & Coordination Partner with sales reps and field technicians to ensure smooth handoffs and communication Monitor sales pipeline activity and provide reporting on lead conversion and appointment metrics Support marketing campaigns by tracking lead sources and identifying successful strategies Recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and conversion rates Qualifications 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or lead coordination (HVAC, plumbing, or service industry preferred) Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset Experience with scheduling and CRM tools (ServiceTitan, Salesforce, etc.) a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and meet deadlines Benefits Health Insurance: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match Paid Time Off: Vacation, holidays, and sick leave Career Growth: Professional training and advancement opportunities Supportive Culture: A positive, team-focused environment that values your contributions Apply Today Join a company where your skills make a real impact!
