Schedule
Full-time, onsite role
Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
Compensation: $75,000 – $95,000 / year

Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire a Sales Manager to lead a growing sales team in the automotive industry. This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, strong benefits, and the chance to represent a well-known brand in the aftermarket automotive community.
Responsibilities/Job Description
Lead and manage a small sales team, including customer service representatives and an account manager
Oversee day-to-day operations, approvals, and team activities to ensure sales targets are met
Analyze sales numbers and identify areas for growth and product focus
Serve as a brand ambassador at car shows, customer meetings, and industry events
Support escalated product and lead inquiries from customers
Collaborate cross-functionally with technical and operational leaders
Qualifications
3–5 years of sales and leadership experience, preferably in automotive or aftermarket parts
Strong knowledge of cars, performance parts, and automotive culture
Proven experience managing and motivating a team
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable attending car shows and representing the brand externally
Technical understanding of automotive parts required
Highly motivated with a passion for continuous learning and professional growth
Preferred: Previous Cardone training experience
