What's the role about? GA Rogers + Associates has partnered with a fast-growing manufacturing solutions company to hire a Sales Manager with manufacturing experience.
As the Sales Manager for the North American region, you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving growth within the manufacturing sector. You will lead and manage a regional sales team, focused on increasing revenue and strengthening our presence across North America.
Reporting directly to the Head of North America, your responsibilities will include strategic leadership, team development, and building strong relationships with key clients. Your efforts will be vital in positioning the company as a leader in innovative manufacturing solutions in the region.
Key Responsibilities Sales Leadership: Oversee the sales operations and strategies for Factbird in the North American region, ensuring alignment with our overarching business goals. Revenue Growth : Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans, focusing on achieving sales targets, and expanding market presence. Team Development : Coach and develop Account Executives (AEs), Business Development Representatives (BDRs), and Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to maximize their potential, ensuring a high-performing sales team. Book of Business Management : Own your book of business and take responsibility for associated Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) numbers, driving consistent results. Hiring : Take charge of hiring new talent to strengthen our sales team and contribute to Factbird's success. Account-Based Marketing (ABM ): Identify and target the top 10 accounts in the market, using tailored strategies to engage and win over key clients. Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise 3+ years of experience in sales leadership, especially in SaaS or manufacturing industries. Deep understanding of the North American market and its unique dynamics. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, lasting client relationships. Results-oriented mindset with a collaborative, team-focused approach. Passion for driving growth and exceeding targets within the industry.
