Our Orlando spa is expanding, and we are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives for both our luxury spa treatments and retail wellness products. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-focused environment and can balance team leadership with individual sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across services and retail.
Lead, train, and motivate spa consultants to consistently meet and exceed sales goals.
Cultivate long-term relationships with clients by recommending personalized treatment plans and product packages.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results.
Partner with spa management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
Previous sales management experience, preferably in spa, beauty, or wellness industries.
Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on results.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Customer-oriented mindset with proven ability to close sales.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $3,000 per month.
Uncapped commission with substantial earning potential.
