At G Millwork, a leading company in the manufacturing and distribution of doors, moldings, and hardware, we are looking for a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team.
■ Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for both residential and commercial projects. - Identify and acquire new clients (contractors, builders, architects, and designers). - Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to meet and exceed targets. - Manage key accounts and maintain strong long-term client relationships. - Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. - Collaborate with operations and purchasing teams to ensure on-time delivery. - Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and trade shows. - Hire, train, and support new members of the team, as needed
■ Requirements
- 3–5 years of proven sales experience (preferably in construction, millwork, lumber, or related industries). - Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage sales strategies. - Experience in B2B and large-scale project sales. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. - Results-driven, goal-oriented, and able to work under ambitious targets. - Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (Odoo, Acumatica, or similar is a plus).
