Sales Manager – Regional Team

As we expand across the United States, we are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with machining tooling expertise to lead and develop our regional sales team.


Position Summary

The Sales Manager will oversee a team of Regional Sales Representatives, driving business development and managing growth strategies across assigned territories. This role combines leadership, strategy, and hands-on sales support to expand our client’s presence while ensuring customers receive high-quality service and solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage Regional Sales Representatives across multiple U.S. territories.
  • Set sales targets, monitor performance, and ensure achievement of revenue goals.
  • Guide the team in prospecting, cold calling, and visiting qualified companies to expand the customer base.
  • Develop strong relationships with CNC dealers and customers to support long-term growth.
  • Oversee major accounts and provide strategic direction on opportunities and key negotiations.
  • Collaborate with leadership on territory planning, account reviews, and growth initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate use of CRM systems, sales reports, and forecasting by all team members.
  • Support sales team members in complex sales cycles, from concept through delivery.
  • Lead regular team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing development to strengthen product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
  • Travel as needed to visit clients, support team members, and attend industry events.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven leadership experience managing regional or national sales teams.
  • Strong background in machining tooling, machine tools, or CNC operations (required).
  • Track record of sales growth in a B2B, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen with ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM systems.
  • Must hold a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel frequently.
