Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Manager for our packaging and business services team. In this unique role you will work with the CEO of operations and strategy to develop and implement sales plan to expand our business services that will create new work opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Opportunity Partners’ business services offer a range of services including contract packaging and light assembly at one of our three locations. Opportunity Partners also place teams of individuals at customer locations to do production, cleaning and office administration work. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 base salary with an uncapped commission program with a $25K payout plan How will you make a difference? Direct the identification and acquisition of center-based and community-based projects Drive revenue to meet the organizations long term strategic goals Lead the development of a sales and account acquisition and cultivate new and existing clients Develop annual sales and help create marketing plans and budgets in support of long-term objectives. Manage a team of customer service and inside sales professionals Collaborate with supported employment services, operations, and finance teams to support the implementation of new projects and new customer-site teams. Collaborate with the Director of Supported Employment Teams to ensure that we are placing qualified people with disabilities at our customers sites. What will you bring to Opportunity Partners? High school degree ore GED is required 10 years of business development and sales experience within the industrial industry Five years of supervising a customer service team Proven performance in growing business through establishing and maintaining positive relationships with senior-level executives
