Description
We're seeking a high-energy, experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing team and deliver outstanding results across all customer channels - including e-commerce, phone, service drive, and in-store walk-in traffic .
This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, maximizing customer satisfaction, and coaching a team of motivated professionals. The ideal candidate is both digitally savvy and customer-focused , with a proven track record in retail automotive environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coach a team of sales associates across multiple channels Oversee e-commerce lead flow and digital customer engagement Optimize phone call handling , follow-up, and conversion processes Drive service lane sales opportunities through consistent presence and coaching Manage and convert walk-in traffic with an emphasis on personalized service Collaborate with internet, BDC, and service departments to ensure a unified sales strategy Monitor and report on KPIs, lead response times, and customer retention metrics Ensure compliance with company standards and all local/state regulations Support inventory management, pricing, and merchandising strategies
Requirements
Requirements: Minimum 3 years of sales management experience in automotive high-volume retail Strong working knowledge of e-commerce platforms , CRM tools, and lead-handling processes Experience working with service drive sales strategies and in-store traffic flow Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills High level of personal accountability and a results-driven mindset Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus Valid driver's license and clean driving record
