The ACRPC invites applications for the Sales and Marketing Manager position. Reporting to the Director, the role involves project management, strategic communication, and overseeing sales and marketing activities, including developing marketing plans, managing projects, creating materials, conducting research, and maintaining customer relations. The position may offer remote work within Arizona based on departmental needs. Job Duties
Conduct outreach to customers and distributors for the aflatoxin program nationally and internationally, developing long-term relationships and managing contracts. Participate in sales, outreach, promotional events, and trade shows, providing product support and organizing promotional activities. Coordinate marketing content for digital and print media, develop communication plans, and utilize social media platforms. Maintain records of marketing metrics, conduct research, identify new opportunities, and monitor marketing and sales performance. Report at quarterly meetings, coordinate with community groups and partners, and provide leadership within the department. Maintain registrations and licenses for products manufactured by the Council. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge of communication strategies, digital marketing tools, and analytics. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, MS Office, and content development software. Skill in developing marketing content, managing projects, and developing contracts. Strong relationship-building and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment. Ability to interpret complex policies, exercise judgment, and communicate effectively. Preferences & Requirements
Motivated, organized, with high integrity. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. At least three years of relevant professional experience. Successful completion of E-Verify, background checks, and valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. Benefits
