Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operation Coordinator based in Los Angeles, CA. The Sales Operation Coordinator will be responsible for handling day-to-day sales operations, managing customer service interactions, and supporting the sales team. This role also involves coordinating sales activities, processing orders, maintaining sales records, and ensuring efficient communication between various departments.
Responsibilities
Customer Service & Communication
Handle retail and wholesale service via email, Chatbox, and follow-ups
Qualify portal customers, send confirmations, and support morning huddles
Assist with RMA reviews, product training, and communication with reps
Order Management & Fulfillment
Enter informal and formal quotes, create part numbers, and release daily orders
Prepare Spiff forms, RMA requests, rework sheets, and shipping confirmations
Track and process customer orders, invoices, and open POs
Manage container priorities, factory lists, and support custom orders
Reporting & Coordination
Generate weekly sales reports and customer forecasts
Review open order sheets, arrange sales data, and file tracking paperwork
Support biweekly quote reviews, inventory audits, and compare open POs with factory
Qualifications
2+ years in sales support, operations, or customer service preferred
Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and CRM tools like Hubspot
Experience with quoting, invoicing, and order management preferred
Excellent communication across departments (Sales, Ops, Factory)
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in a growing environment
