What You’ll Do Own Sales Reporting: Build and maintain accurate dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to support sales leaders. Support Sales Ops: Streamline processes, manage documentation, and ensure smooth day-to-day sales operations. CRM Administration: Act as a key admin for our CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), including user setup, data hygiene, and pipeline maintenance. Data-Driven Insights: Analyze Excel-based data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Partner with the VP of Sales: Work closely with leadership to deliver insights and drive strategic initiatives. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Marketing, or similar preferred) 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or related roles Advanced Excel skills – PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data modeling, etc. CRM exposure (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Strong attention to detail and a love for data Proactive mindset and a team-first attitude Benefits: Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, additional voluntary benefits, 401K plan.
