We have an opportunity for a Sales Operations Analyst to join our team in Brookfield, WI, supporting our Residential Water Treatment (RWT) business. This business manufactures both water filtration (Point-Of-Use) and complete water systems (Point-Of-Entry) products used in residential and light commercial applications. Reporting to the Sr Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales organization conducting day-to-day business and executing the strategic priorities of the RWT business unit. The office for this business is in Brookfield, WI. You will work a hybrid work schedule (3 days / week onsite) to strategize, collaborate, and learn from the team. You will: Analyze sales data, create reports, identify trends, and highlight pipeline gaps or process inefficiencies. Act as the Salesforce CRM power user and internal advocate to align the system with business objectives by driving adoption, optimization, and ensuring clean data with timely updates. Maintain and execute basic Salesforce.com CRM dashboards for the organization. Coordinate and support sales forecasting, account planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization to create the Sales Incentive Plan (SIP) targets. Partner with the Sr Sales Operations Manager on sales enablement tools such as training, Salesforce engagement, and continuous improvement projects to enable sales team to sell more efficiently and consistently.
