Join Fintech in Tampa, Florida as a Sales Operations Analyst!
The Sales Operations Analyst primary responsibility is to operate within Fintech’s CRM system (Salesforce) to research and assign leads, provide reporting and support the sales team initiatives. Along with the CRM system, the Sales Operations Analyst will initiate the onboarding process for new customers, as well as troubleshooting problems with the new enrollment entries. The Sales Operations Analyst is a champion of Fintech to our internal teams and follows the Company’s philosophy of providing excellent support and communication.
Essential Functions: Salesforce Lead Routing, Research and Reporting
Daily monitoring of incoming enrollments forms
Reviewing enrollment forms for completeness and gathering any missing information
Using multiple software programs to process enrollments
Filing enrollment forms electronically on a shared drive
Following up with internal colleagues to ensure that all enrollment issues are resolved, and forms are processed to completion.
Adding notes and actions items into internal database
Running daily, weekly and monthly reports in Salesforce and Excel
Other duties as assigned Qualifications: 1 year of Sales or Sales Operations experience required
Ability to interact and communicate with internal teams in an effective and courteous manner
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Ability to prioritize to meet timelines
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with a client relationship management (CRM) software application (SalesForce.com preferred, but not required)
