Position Responsibilities:
Analyze, develop, and implement business operations strategies, systems, and processes for AWS partner organization. Design and execute comprehensive business planning frameworks including goal-setting, forecasting, and performance tracking mechanisms. Translate complex data analysis into actionable insights and deliverables for strategic decision-making. Participate in full business planning cycles, managing end-to-end operational processes from planning through implementation and measurement. Partner with senior leadership to deliver operational excellence and process optimization. Produce comprehensive business analysis, reports, and executive presentations. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Finance stakeholders. Evaluate and implement improvements to business systems, tools, and processes. Lead operational efficiency initiatives across the organization.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field and one year of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and one year of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) conducting sophisticated analysis of complex business data and translating results into actionable deliverables using tools such as Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or similar business intelligence tools; (2) developing and implementing business processes and operational frameworks; (3) managing cross-functional projects in matrix organizations using project management tools such as JIRA, Microsoft Project, or similar tools; (4) utilizing CRM systems such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms for operations management and reporting; and (5) creating and managing performance tracking and forecasting mechanisms using data visualization and analytics platforms.
