Build and maintain lasting relationships with sellers, buyers, and investors. Negotiate offers and assist in contract preparation to ensure smooth transactions from start to finish. Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals. Attend team meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay ahead of market trends. Collaborate with colleagues and leadership to achieve both individual and team success. Embrace ongoing coaching and feedback to refine your sales and real estate skills.
What We’re Looking For: Previous sales experience (real estate preferred, but not required). Strong interest or background in real estate investing. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Self-starter mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals. Highly organized and able to manage multiple deals and deadlines. Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. High integrity and commitment to delivering outstanding service. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
