Role Summary: USA Digital Communications is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative with a focus on selling PBX solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining strong customer relationships, with a particular emphasis on promoting our PBX offerings. You will work with prospective clients to understand their communication needs and deliver tailored PBX solutions that enhance their operations, helping them stay connected and productive in today's communications landscape. Key Responsibilities: · Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities specifically focused on UCaaS solutions through networking, referrals, targeted calling, events, and other lead-generation methods. · Sales Presentations: Present and promote USA Digital Communications' PBX products and services to prospective clients, effectively articulating the benefits of cloud-based communications systems, including VoIP, messaging, and collaboration tools. · Sales Strategy: Develop a deep understanding of customer communication needs, with an emphasis on remote work, collaboration, and cloud-based communications. Tailor sales approaches to close PBX deals and upsell existing customers. · Product Knowledge: Stay up to date on UCaaS industry trends, advancements in cloud communications, and competitor products to effectively position USA Digital Communications' solutions as a superior choice. · Quotas and Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall growth of the business. · CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the company's CRM system, logging sales activities, opportunities, and interactions with a focus on PBX prospects and deals. · Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction. · Reporting: Provide regular sales performance reports and updates, including sales forecasts, customer feedback, and pipeline analysis. Qualifications: · Proven experience as a Sales Representative, Account Executive, or similar role with a focus on selling PBX solutions or related telecommunications products. · Strong understanding of PBX, cloud communications, and remote collaboration tools. · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the ability to convey the value of PBX solutions to a variety of business audiences. · Ability to build rapport and maintain positive client relationships. · Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong work ethic. · Ability to work independently while contributing to team goals. · Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. HubSpot knowledge a plus. · Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
