As a Sales Solutions Architect for LexisNexis InterAction, you will provide technical expertise to sales representatives, resellers and customers during the sales process. You will perform technical sales support either virtually, on customer sites or on a multiple-site basis.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical expertise & support to sales representatives
Resolves technical product/service issues
Assists customers during the sales process to maximize the benefits derived from the organization's products and/or services
Support clients in a non-billable capacity to grow adoption and increase success with their CRM and Business Development initiatives, based on the utilization of the LexisNexis (LN) InterAction (IA)
Build strong team member & client relationships
Requirements:
Have strong complex problem-solving skills
Display strong presentation skills
Use best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
Possess comfortability with delivering presentations and trainings in a virtual environment
Demonstrate excellent proven sales and/or training experience
Have legal research experience or expertise using LexisNexis tools
Be able to effectively partner and collaborate across teams with different functions
Demonstrate knowledge of CRM technologies & platforms
Have the ability to build solid relationships internally and externally

The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for Washington DC & Maryland: $81,200 - $148,000 USD
The salary range provided in this posting is the base salary range for New York and New Jersey: $85,000 - 141,600 USD
