Particle Technology Labs (PTL) is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of PTL’s product portfolio and services.
Use HubSpot CRM to manage detailed records of prospects, customer interactions, samples, and opportunities.
Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and advancing them through the sales stages.
Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services.
Research leads from campaigns and other sources to tailor outreach and solutions.
Stay informed on product applications, market trends, competitor activity, and promotional strategies.
Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and business development efforts.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in sales or a related area, with a strong record of achievement.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet tight deadlines.
High level of adaptability, initiative, and self-motivation.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
