Sales Specialist for Laboratory Services

Particle Technology Labs (PTL) is looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to build relationships, grow a sales pipeline, and contribute to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain a strong understanding of PTL's product portfolio and services. * Use HubSpot CRM to manage detailed records of prospects, customer interactions, samples, and opportunities. * Build and sustain a robust sales pipeline by identifying new prospects and advancing them through the sales stages. * Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services. * Research leads from campaigns and other sources to tailor outreach and solutions. * Stay informed on product applications, market trends, competitor activity, and promotional strategies. * Proactively seek new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support sales and business development efforts.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field. * 0-3 years of experience in sales or a related area, with a strong record of achievement. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams. * Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred). * Strong organizational and time management skills; able to meet tight deadlines. * High level of adaptability, initiative, and self-motivation. * Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
