PDX Movers is looking for a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of our Sales Department by providing administrative and logistical support that keeps the sales process running smoothly. What You'll Do: Process surveys and ensure job details are accurate in SmartMoving & Google Calendar Support the Sales Team with documentation, scheduling, CRM management, and customer communication Ensure customers understand coverage options and maintain accurate records Help coordinate sales events, organize materials, and manage truck calendars Collect and share customer feedback with the team What We're Looking For: Strong communication and customer service skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Skilled in time management, problem-solving, and team collaboration Comfortable with data entry and using tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and SmartMoving Requirements: Ability to sit and work at a computer for prolonged periods Able to lift up to 25 lbs If you're a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a high-performing team, we'd love to hear from you
