We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support our Account Executives (AEs) and play a crucial part in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of client accounts and advertising orders. Responsibilities Assist Account Executives (AEs) in preparing sales orders and monitoring client accounts.
Maintain operational efficiency of agency orders through approvals, inventory tracking, movement requests, allocations, and ADUs (Audience Deficiency Units) using Wide Orbit.
Handle makegoods for commercials that did not air, rescheduling them into future weeks in Wide Orbit.
Maintain daily communication with Traffic and Pricing & Inventory teams to ensure smooth execution of agency orders.
Ensure compliance with client restrictions by confirming DNA (Do Not Air) lists are followed and appropriate commercial separation is maintained.
Monitor, track, and report on client impressions, collaborating with departments to ensure full delivery and billing of orders.
Generate reports to troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies in sales orders.
Work directly with Finance to resolve billing issues, including generating and submitting paperwork for discrepancies.
Maintain an up-to-date client database and account list.
Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in sales support, media operations, or a similar role (media/advertising industry preferred).
Proficiency with media sales systems; experience with Wide Orbit is highly preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across departments.
Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfort with data reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred. Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $20 - $25 /per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
