Our client, a trusted Florida contractor and distributor of impact windows and doors for 40+ years, is hiring a Sales Support Specialist ( Builder Accounts, Inside Sales Support, CSR, Sales Coordinator) to assist builders and outside sales with quoting, project tracking, and account coordination. Key Requirements Prior experience in sales support, quoting, customer service or account coordination (construction/building materials preferred) Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Surefire, and vendor platforms Strong organization, accuracy, and multitasking skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities HS Diploma/GED or equivalent experience Must pass background and drug screen Willing to travel for training in Riviera Beach and Sarasota, FL (mileage reimbursed) Role Overview Act as the primary contact for assigned builders and existing accounts , handling communication and project updates Prepare and process quotes for MI, CWS, CGI, and PGT windows and doors using vendor software Support outside sales with quoting, order processing, and follow-up Track project timelines, monitor builder portals daily, and ensure deadlines are met Maintain organized records in OneDrive, Surefire, and builder portals Coordinate with operations, project managers, and service teams for smooth deliveries, installs, and service Manage pricing updates, vendor changes, and resolve order issues promptly Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) PTO (vacation, sick, holidays) 401(k) with Safe Harbor Match Health, Dental, Vision (employee, spouse, family) Life Insurance & EAP Apply today with your updated resume and contact info for immediate consideration!
