Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Sales Cloud professional who can help design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions to drive sales efficiency and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud features and a proven track record in delivering scalable and high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities: Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud features, including Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Products, Price Books, and Forecasting Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Implement automation using Workflows, Process Builder, Flows, and Apex triggers/classes Design and implement reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for the sales team Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs or middleware Ensure data integrity through validation rules, duplicate management, and appropriate security controls Participate in testing, deployment, and user training Support UAT and provide post-implementation support

Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant certification preferred) Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM data model and sales business processes Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and SOQL Familiarity with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and IT

Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce Certifications: Sales Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II, Advanced Administrator Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira Background in B2B or B2C sales processes
