Position Overview: Sales/Showroom Assistant We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales/Showroom Assistant to support our wholesale sales operations. In this role, you will assist the sales team with order entry, sample coordination, client communication, and internal follow-ups while ensuring the showroom is maintained on a daily basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, customer-focused, and interested in the home textile industry. Key Responsibilities Assist sales representatives in managing retailer accounts and communications Receive, prepare, and ship product samples to clients and buyers Accurately enter sales orders and follow up on deliveries Maintain customer records, pricing files, and product lists Support preparation, materials, and logistics for trade shows Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to track shipments and resolve issues Provide administrative support including inventory updates and sales reporting Stay up to date on product lines, pricing, and availability Ensure the showroom is consistently clean, well-organized, and presentable Requirements Previous experience in sales support, wholesale, or customer service preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook); comfortable with order entry systems Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Interest in home textiles or interior décor is a plus High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Schedule Monday to Friday Work Location In person
