As a Sales Associate, your role will include: Fostering a service-oriented and sales-driven culture to establish strong customer relationships. Becoming an expert in our diverse product categories by understanding and communicating features and benefits effectively to customers. Achieving and maintaining measurable goals, such as units per transaction (UPT) and average dollar per transaction (ADT). Staying informed about current merchandise promotions and company merchandising standards. Assisting with inventory processing, floor stock replenishment, and store organization. Accurately completing all sales transactions while maintaining responsibility for cash and media at POS registers. Seeking opportunities for skill development and performance improvement through collaboration with the store leadership team.
