ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: Warmly greet and actively engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience. Show genuine interaction with customers, demonstrating your passion, knowledge, and dedication to sports and activities. Maintain excellent presentation standards for merchandise featuring top sporting brands. Promote company initiatives, such as warranty sales, loyalty programs, and seasonal promotions. Foster an inclusive atmosphere within the store where every associate and customer feels welcome, safe, and respected. Assist with various tasks as needed to support the team and store operations in response to business demands. QUALIFICATIONS: Previous experience in retail sales, cashier roles, or customer service is preferred. Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift items weighing between 15 to 35 lbs. on occasions (up to 5 times per hour). Capacity to stand or walk for extended periods (up to 4 hours). Able to perform repetitive motions for short periods (up to 2 hours continuously). Flexible availability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends, to accommodate our athletes (customers).
