As a Senior Partner Manager of Home, you will report to the Director of Home and use your 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across our floorcare category. Ideal candidates navigate complex data-led marketing strategies across stakeholders from agency POCs to the CMO, distill retail P&Ls, marketing trends, and economic trends into media recommendations. The role requires data analysis, presentation skills, adaptability, and willingness to experiment, learn, and take calculated risks.
What you'll do
Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals
Manage strategically complex accounts
Accurately manage sales pipelines and forecasting to prioritize opportunities and resources
Develop and broaden high-level relationships across contacts managing multiple budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.)
Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment with executive and day-to-day contacts
Implement a strategy for always-on revenue and perpetual revenue streams
Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and measure impact of Walmart Connect solutions
Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success
Deliver consultative presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect solutions
Present needs-based solutions and objective-based opportunities to RFPs
What You'll Bring
7+ years of experience in digital sales, search/sponsored products, DR performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation
Strong track record of high-level negotiation and relationship management
Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and follow-through
Proven ability to exceed sales revenue goals through consultative selling
Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers
Strong analytical and Excel skills, curiosity, persistence, and structured problem-solving
Ability to apply operational rigor and use technology to execute and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions
Experience in fast-paced startup, sales, or online advertising environment preferred
Excellent communication and presentation skills

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses and, for certain positions, stock options.
