As a Senior Partner Manager of Home, you will report to the Director of Home and use 7+ years of experience selling digital performance advertising solutions to businesses across the floorcare category. Ideal candidates will navigate complex data-led marketing strategies across stakeholders, from agency points of contact to the CMO. You should be able to distill information on retail P&Ls, marketing, category trends, and economic trends into actionable media recommendations. Success requires strong data analysis, presentation skills, adaptability, and a willingness to experiment, learn, and take calculated risks. What you'll do Reach and exceed sales quotas while contributing to overall team goals Manage strategically complex accounts Accurately and effectively manage sales pipelines and forecasting to prioritize opportunities and resources Develop high-level collaborative relationships and identify contacts that manage multiple budgets (brand, shopper, DR, video, etc.) Prospect and penetrate organizations to drive alignment, influencing both executive and day-to-day contacts Implement a strategy for always-on revenue to create a perpetual revenue stream for the organization Collaborate with partners to create learning agendas and help clients measure the impact of Walmart Connect Solutions Serve as an industry thought leader in performance advertising to drive client success with Walmart Connect product and technology developments Create and deliver consultative sales presentations using industry knowledge, market trends, and Walmart Connect marketing solutions Develop needs-based and objective-based opportunities for RFPs What You'll Bring 7+ years of experience in digital sales, including search/sponsored products, DR performance advertising, full-funnel platform sales, PMP/automation background Strong track record of high-level negotiation and successful relationship management Excellent written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and diligent follow-through Proven track record of achieving revenue goals through consultative selling Strong understanding of Walmart consumer behavior and how Walmart helps suppliers, marketers, and consumers Strong analytical and Excel skills, plus curiosity, persistence, and structured problem-solving Experience applying operational rigor and using technology to execute and explain complex brand and performance marketing solutions Experience in a fast-paced startup, sales, and/or online advertising environment is preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits and Other Information Walmart offers competitive pay, performance-based bonuses, and benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to plan terms. The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00–$216,000.00, with additional compensation including annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Some positions may include stock and other compensation.
