Overview Senior Sales Account Manager - Medical Device at Invio Automation. Remote role reporting to the VP of Business Development. Our divisions deliver Factory of the Future consulting and R&D pre-validation services, with six locations in North America and a global partner network. Responsibilities Grow Invio business in the Medical Device/Life Sciences and Industrial segments Identify target accounts and perform market research in key sub-segments Present Invio value proposition to clients through presentations Develop an understanding of client needs using consultative selling Qualify opportunities and maintain the sales CRM throughout the sales cycle Manage opportunities using the Invio sales process Gather information from clients for proposals by the Applications Engineering team Develop and execute opportunity win strategies with input from Applications Engineering and management Facilitate client feedback and participate in contract negotiations Maintain regular client contact and capture feedback during projects Develop an Account Plan to understand broader client needs across multi-site/business units Collaborate with the services group to ensure long-term client success with service offerings Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience selling custom automated solutions Strong preference for experience in the medical device and life sciences industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly motivated self-starter Willingness to travel within North America, up to 50% of the time Education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Sales, Business, Mechanical Engineering, or related field preferred. At least five years of progressive sales experience, preferably in the medical device and life sciences industry.
