You'll work closely with sales, marketing, and leadership to target the right buyers, craft compelling outreach, and turn insights into meetings that convert. With a high-performing product, proven market fit, and serious momentum behind you, you'll play a critical role in fueling revenue growth and building the foundation for long-term success. This role has a clear growth path into a full-cycle AE position (average promotion timeline is 9 months).

Qualify and convert inbound interest while launching targeted outbound campaigns into high potential accounts
Work with the sales leader to sharpen outbound tactics (cold outreach) to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Build strong relationships with key prospects, staying close to market feedback and buyer behavior to refine messaging and outreach strategy
Qualifications
Minimum of 10+ months as an SDR out of a tech company, focused on full cycle
Ideally a B2B SaaS position
Experience working with : SFDC, Outreach / Salesloft, LISNV
Ability to be onsite 5 days a week
Previous startup experience is great but not required
Understand the grind that comes with an SDR role
Pay range and compensation package
Up to $105k OTE + equity + benefits
