Job Description In the landscape of AI agents startups, we see an exciting opportunity to differentiate ourselves - closing the gap quickly between open ended hopes for agents and crystal clear solutions and messages for customers we know are a great fit. Enter: You. As our founding Senior SDR, you\'ll be the engine of our sales pipeline—both qualifying inbound leads and building our outbound motion from the ground up. You\'ll work closely with our Head of Sales and Founding GTM to establish our go-to-market foundation while having the autonomy to execute and iterate quickly. This is a rare opportunity to be one of the first sales hire at a fast-growing AI company, with a clear path to Account Executive within ~12 months as we scale the team. You\'re not just filling quotas—you're building the sales function that will drive our growth. Work location We\'re an in-office company working from our San Francisco office 4 days/week. We sponsor visas and provide up to $20K relocation assistance. What You\'ll Do Inbound Pipeline Management - Qualify and nurture inbound leads, ensuring hot prospects move quickly through our funnel Outbound Pipeline Generation - Build systematic prospecting processes and run strategic outbound campaigns ICP Development - Partner with leadership to research and define our ideal customer profiles based on real market feedback Playbook Creation - Develop repeatable messaging, sequences, and targeting strategies for both inbound follow-up and outbound prospecting Multi-channel Outreach - Generate qualified pipeline through email, LinkedIn, cold calls, and other creative channels Fast Iteration - Own campaigns end-to-end, analyze results, and constantly improve messaging and targeting based on what\'s working Market Intelligence - Become an expert on AI agent use cases, competitive landscape, and customer pain points Pipeline Targets - Hit aggressive qualified opportunity targets while maintaining high lead quality What We\'re Looking For ~1 year of SDR/BDR experience in B2B SaaS - you know the fundamentals and are ready to level up Technical aptitude - comfortable discussing AI/technical products (AI background is a plus but not required) Growth mindset - excited about the potential of AI and genuinely invested in being part of a fast-growing company Scrappy and resilient - thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and isn\'t afraid to try new approaches Strong research and communication skills - can craft personalized outreach that resonates AE aspirations - looking to grow into a closing role within the next year as we scale In-person collaboration - can work 4 days/week from our SF office and values face-to-face teamwork Why You\'ll Love It Here Clear growth path - transition to Account Executive role as we scale (typically within 12 months) Generous equity in a fast-growing AI company with massive upside potential Full health coverage Free daily lunches - and dinner if you end up staying late Direct mentorship from experienced sales leadership No-nonsense startup culture focused on building an amazing product and business Compensation Range: $110K - $120K Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Software Development
