What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): - Develop and implement Group Insurance sales strategies for targeted brokers in the Atlanta-metro market - Obtain new accounts by leveraging broker relationships - Meet or exceed annual business plan metrics, including new business premium and case count - Manage the sales process for various insurance products, including Life, Accident, and Disability - Oversee the renewal process for existing business to ensure profitability
What is Required (Qualifications): - Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in insurance sales or related fields - Highly motivated with excellent organizational skills - Self-starter with the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve goals - Strong financial acumen and understanding of underwriting processes - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Group Insurance products - Ability to obtain necessary licenses within 60 days - Acceptable driving record for travel within the metro area
