Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Job Title : Senior Solution Sales Executive – Finance & Spend Management – Regulated Industries What You'll Do : The Solution Sales Executive (SSE) partners with the end-to-end account owner to drive solution-specific sales motions focusing on SAP’s Procurement and oCFO products. The candidate should have relevant domain expertise to address customer challenges faced by CFOs and Chief Procurement Officers. Responsibilities include formulating and presenting a Point of View to stakeholders, leveraging resources to solve customer problems related to SAP’s solutions, and focusing on industries like State & Local Government, Higher Education, Healthcare, and Utilities. What You Will Do : Generate demand, manage pipeline, and close opportunities. Develop opportunity plans with compelling solution value propositions. Conduct White Space analysis to identify growth opportunities. Work with wider account team on sales campaigns. Manage customer relationships at the solution area/buying center level. Progress opportunities for cloud migration/expansion, especially for new accounts. Utilize deep knowledge of company operations, business models, strategies, and processes. Stay informed about SAP’s competition and value drivers. Leverage SAP’s expert teams and industry knowledge to meet customer needs. Build customer engagement in SAP communities, programs, and events. Facilitate collaboration with the partner ecosystem. What You Bring : Experience in selling business software/IT solutions with a proven track record. Broad understanding of SAP solutions and business processes. Established relationships with account teams and market leaders. Success with large transactions and challenging sales pursuits. Contractual negotiation skills. Experience with subscription or perpetual license sales. Knowledge of relevant industries and regulatory environments. Excellent communication skills. Results-driven, strategic, creative, and innovative mindset. Strong executive presence and commercial support skills. Experience selling to Procurement and Finance is a plus. Additional Information : This role reports to the VP of Sales – Corporate segment within the Finance & Spend Management team for US Regulated Industries. The position is full-time, with travel expectations of 0-50%.
