This position is based in the major markets of the Bay Area, CA. (San Jose preferred) A successful NetApp SE works collaboratively as part of a sales team to design solutions that meet and exceed our customers' requirements and expectations. Building and growing relationships to help customers accomplish their business outcomes, the SE is a key component of what makes NetApp special.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 8 years of related experience in an SE, SA or related role. - Ability to travel within the area/market mentioned in this job posting on a regular basis (local commuting from residence) - Successfully capture technical and business requirements to create winning proposals in conjunction with your sales, services and support team. - Lead product discussions, demonstrations, and proof of concepts with our customers to help them experience the simplicity and value of NetApp solutions. - Effectively leverage shared technical personnel to drive successful implementation of NetApp solutions, deeper relationships and better understanding of NetApp's products and services. - Actively develop and maintain expertise on complementary and competitive technologies. - Understand financial and operational requirements to create ROI models that meet the customer's needs. - Self-directed and proactive in navigating sales campaigns, cultivating customer relationships, and responding to customer needs.
Education
* Bachelor's degree or additional years of experience.
The OTE (On Target Earnings) Range for this position is $193,885 - 250,910 USD and will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU's), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
