About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales to lead its global sales execution engine. This senior leadership role is pivotal in scaling operational discipline, driving accountability, and enabling the sales team to meet and exceed booking targets. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the overall sales number across all commercial regions, implementing and maintaining rigorous sales management processes, and building a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. A key aspect of the role is to partner with the VP of RevOps on various initiatives and to develop repeatable sales strategies that enhance efficiency and consistency. The SVP of Sales will also be expected to coach regional leaders and senior sellers, align cross-functional stakeholders, and champion a seller-first mindset.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Vice President of Sales position at the company will have a proven track record in leading regional or national sales organizations, with a strong focus on B2B sales to enterprise and midmarket clients. Experience in growing revenue significantly at high-growth tech companies and a background in building and coaching high-performing sales teams are essential. The role requires a builder mentality, strong operational rigor, and a passion for developing talent. While not mandatory, cybersecurity knowledge or experience is strongly preferred.
