Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth. Manage existing accounts while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling and networking to expand the customer base. Utilize CRM software, such as Salesforce, to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales performance. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions. Requirements Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or direct sales roles with a focus on B2B environments in healthcare business Strong background in account management and business development. Familiarity with software technology sales and IT MSP services is preferred. Proficiency in CRM software Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively. Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs. Ability to conduct product demonstrations that engage potential clients. Experience in lead generation techniques including cold calling and networking events. Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
