Job Description
As the Sr. Sales Manager at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Perimeter Center, you will generate and manage group business from Corporate & Business Transient clients through strategic prospecting, relationship development, and customized proposals. You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of group events and achieve revenue targets. This role will require a hunter of business who enjoys networking with a strong focus on prospecting.
Key Responsibilities- You will build excellent relationships with local and national corporate clients, third parties, and community organizations in order to generate business for the hotel.
- Your daily tasks will include prospecting for new business, responding to incoming RFPs and inquiries, executing contracts, and communicating client expectations to the hotel team.
- Your boss is the Director of Sales.
- A job in sales is a great way to learn about the entire hotel. This position can set you up for a progressive career in the sales discipline, including learning about new market segments, tackling larger hotels, serving as Director of Sales, and even working as a national salesperson or third-party planner.
Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have
- A college degree or two years of hotel experience or combination of education and experience.
- A Minimum of 2 years Hotel Sales Experience, Required.
- Segmentation Focus in Corporate Group or BT, Highly Preferred.
- Metro Atlanta Hotel Sales Experience, Highly Preferred.
Additional consideration will be given to applicants who have completed special certifications
