Job Summary
The Sales Supervisor leads a team of Account Specialists who visit customer accounts to obtain product replenishment orders and service the outlet.
Job Responsibilities
Lead, teach, and coach Account Specialists. Conduct regular meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge. Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback. Identifies and evaluates employee developmental needs using available reports and observations.
Monitor and track individual and team sales performance. Motivate and inspire the team to achieve individual and collective sales goals. Adhere to and execute the look of success. Ensure the team is following established sales processes and procedures.
Foster positive relationships with accounts. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively. Ensure the team provides exceptional customer service and maintains high customer satisfaction.
Executes local selling opportunities to maximize sales and profit growth in accounts.
Manage operating expenses and labor budgets while meeting customer service needs. Reviews timekeeping records to ensure accurate payroll.
Perform outlet maintenance to include creating new accounts, ordering equipment, and master data outlet updates.
Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to assist with customer execution including Reset, Point of Sale (POS), Distribution, and Equipment Service.
Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum three years of work experience required.
Two years supervision or leadership experience preferred.
Prior experience in consumer products or retail required.
Intermediate computer application skills including SAP, Excel, and Word.
Valid Driver's License, current vehicle liability insurance, driving record within policy guidelines including no major violations within the last three years.
Pay: $56,170 - $66,702 a year
