ELEVATE YOUR SALES CAREER WITH US! Are you a driven sales professional passionate about prospecting, building relationships, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take ownership of growing our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.
As a Territory Sales Manager, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a sales pipeline. You will build lasting customer relationships through regular communication and exceptional service, using Salesforce CRM. Staying informed on market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure seamless project execution, and maintaining accurate sales records is vital to meet performance goals through effective time management and adaptability.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
Pipeline Management: Maintain and grow a sales pipeline by identifying prospects and converting leads into high-value projects.
Customer Relationships: Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions, tracking interactions in Salesforce CRM.
Market & Product Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and conduct research to identify growth opportunities.
Consultative Selling: Use a consultative approach to offer competitive pricing and solutions, preparing accurate quotes and negotiating terms.
Performance Reporting: Use CRM software to track sales performance and generate reports.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and provide leadership as needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with 1+ year outbound prospecting or at WillScot.
Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits; role is primarily outbound cold-calling from the office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom.
Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
Solution-selling approach preferred.
