Are you a motivated sales professional passionate about prospecting, relationship building, and exceeding targets? Join us as a Territory Sales Manager and take charge of expanding our business in containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added solutions.
As a Territory Sales Manager, your responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic sales plan focused on prospecting, lead conversion, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline. You will foster long-term customer relationships through consistent communication and excellent service, using Salesforce CRM to track interactions and performance. Staying informed about market trends and competitors, you will provide consultative selling solutions, prepare competitive quotes, and negotiate terms to maximize profitability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring seamless project execution, along with maintaining accurate sales records and achieving performance targets through effective time management and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
This is an ongoing posting to allow interested candidates to express interest in future openings in various cities when roles become available.
Key Responsibilities of This Role Include:
Sales Growth & Prospecting: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business, focusing on outbound prospecting (80%) and inbound lead conversion (20%).
Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying prospects, market segments, and industry opportunities. Convert leads into sales, prioritizing high-value projects.
Customer Relationships: Build enduring partnerships by understanding client needs, offering tailored solutions, and providing exceptional service. Use Salesforce CRM for tracking.
Market & Product Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities. Conduct research to identify growth opportunities and inform management strategies.
Consultative Selling: Employ a solution-oriented sales approach, preparing accurate quotes, and negotiating terms that meet customer and business needs.
Performance Reporting: Use CRM tools to maintain detailed records and generate performance reports, tracking key metrics to ensure goal achievement.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations and customer support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support team members as needed.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with CRM systems like Salesforce and using data to inform sales strategies.
Skills & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience with at least 1+ year outbound prospecting or sales experience, or 1+ year at WillScot.
Ability to travel 10-20% for field visits (little to no overnight travel). The role is based in the branch, with approximately 80% outbound cold-calling from the office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Teams and Zoom.
Experience with high-volume, transactional sales cycles.
Leasing experience is a plus but not required.
A consultative, solutions-oriented sales approach is advantageous.
