Sales & Business Development:<BR>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to achieve sales targets and grow market share. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our customer base and increase revenue. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and a competitive landscape. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, contractors, and distributors. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and offering tailored solutions. Conduct regular follow-ups and reviews with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities. Product Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products, technologies, and industry trends. Provide technical support and guidance to clients and sales teams on product specifications and applications. Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and partners.
Sales Administration: Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Monitor and report on sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities. Manage territory budget and expenses efficiently. Collaboration & Coordination:<BR>Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, product management, and customer support to align strategies and achieve objectives. Coordinate with service teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in business, Engineering, HVAC Technology, or a related field preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or territory management. Strong understanding of HVAC systems, products, and market dynamics preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Key Skills Proven experience (5+ years) in sales or territory management.
