We’re seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead a high-performing sales team and drive new business growth in janitorial services. This role manages both house accounts and new client acquisition, ensuring revenue targets are met through strategic leadership and hands-on sales execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage Sales Executives and Sales Development RepresentativesManage house accounts while pursuing new business opportunitiesOversee the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing contractsMonitor metrics, analyze trends, and recommend improvementsConduct regular performance reviews and provide coachingPartner with leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plansSupport team members with client meetings, proposals, and site walkthroughsSchedule & Benefits:Base + 10% commission on team sales (OTE $165K+), uncapped commissionsHybrid ScheduleHealth, dental, and vision coverage; 401(k) with match; generous PTO, holidays, and volunteer hoursOngoing training and professional development supportIf you’re a proven sales leader ready to grow a team and deliver results, we’d love to hear from you!
