Base pay range $28.85/hr - $32.45/hr What We Offer Competitive Compensation: Base pay plus commission with earnings potentially in the range of $82K-$105K, based on performance. Commission is uncapped. Stock options available as part of the compensation package. Role Overview As a Showroom Design Consultant in San Francisco, you will be integral to the showroom team, driving sales in the residential market, coordinating in-market events and appointments, and delivering exceptional client service from concept to realization. You will assist clients with design decisions and be able to sell our installation services, while embodying Fireclay Tile’s values in the showroom and at events. Your Impact Sales Excellence: Achieve and exceed sales targets through exceptional service, client base development, account-based selling, and relationship cultivation. Client Engagement: Provide detailed product, pricing, and delivery information; advise on design choices aligned with client vision. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent Fireclay Tile’s sustainability and values in-showroom and at external design community events. Operational Excellence: Maintain showroom standards and comply with policies to enhance the customer experience. Who You Are Results-driven sales professional with a track record of exceeding targets and building client relationships. Passionate about design with strong industry understanding and the ability to connect with clients on aesthetics and function. Proficiency with AI-powered tools and platforms to enhance productivity is preferred. Tech-savvy with CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce) and ability to engage clients via social platforms. Strategic problem-solver who blends creativity and analytics to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
