Are you a proven leader in automotive sales with the experience and drive to thrive in a high-volume environment? Our busy Subaru dealership in Massillon is looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help lead our team and elevate the customer experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage, coach, and motivate a top-performing sales team to meet and exceed monthly and annual sales goals. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, inventory management, and customer engagement strategies. Implement and maintain proven sales processes that enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. Assign value to trade-in vehicles and prepare sales numbers for customers. Monitor sales leads and performances. Collaborate closely with the GM, F&I, and service departments for a seamless dealership experience. Stay informed on market trends, Subaru programs, and competitor activity.

QUALIFICATIONS:

2+ years of automotive sales management experience is preferred. A strong track record of success in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Exceptional leadership and team-building skills. Ability to drive process improvement and accountability. Strong understanding of CRM systems and DMS platforms (Tekion preferred). Professional, ethical, and customer-first mindset.
