About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for the Apparel Manufacturing market in America. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the business in this sector, managing a team of over 10 individuals, and establishing strong relationships with key decision-makers in the region. This role requires the development and execution of a regional sales strategy that aligns with the group's overall strategy, as well as the optimization of account and territory allocation to maximize sales opportunities. The VP of Sales will also be tasked with creating a solid sales action plan and ensuring its effective implementation, including the monitoring of sales activities and the provision of guidance and support to the sales team.

Applicants for the VP of Sales position should be ambitious, curious, and passionate about innovation. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with experience and a network in the fashion or textile industries. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct and consultative sales of high-value solutions, particularly in the areas of high technology, industrial equipment, SaaS, and industrial intelligence. A minimum of 15 years of sales management experience, excellent coaching, communication, and leadership skills, and the ability to define and execute a sales strategy that is in line with the company's overall strategy are essential. The role demands a results-driven individual with the capacity to work at both a strategic and field level, and a strong aptitude for monitoring sales activities and ensuring their alignment with sales priorities.
