About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to take on a strategic and results-driven executive role, leading a national sales organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for all sales operations, with a primary focus on revenue growth, sales performance, and long-term scalability. This leadership position requires the ability to align day-to-day execution with broader organizational goals, and the ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning capabilities to the table.
Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Sales include leading the execution of national sales strategies to meet revenue targets, setting performance expectations, and overseeing the rollout of incentive plans to foster a high-performance culture. The role also involves analyzing sales metrics and market trends, mentoring and managing senior sales leaders, and collaborating with executive leadership to ensure sales operations are in line with company-wide priorities. The ideal candidate will have a background of at least 15 years in progressive sales leadership, a proven track record of driving revenue growth, and a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). They should be skilled in developing scalable go-to-market strategies, adept at change management, and experienced in coaching high-performing leaders to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
