About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for North America with a focus on the commercial/motion furniture industry. This executive-level role demands a strategic and results-driven leader with a proven track record in senior sales leadership, particularly in the B2B sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a substantial sales portfolio, scaling regional sales, and must have a deep understanding of the industry, including familiarity with motion seating products. Strong relationships with dealers, retailers, and commercial clients are essential, as is the ability to recruit, onboard, and expand national rep networks.
Key requirements for this role at The Company include a minimum of 15 years' experience in senior sales leadership within the furniture industry, the ability to manage across the U.S., and a strategic mindset with experience in pricing, P&L, product development, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a strong national dealer network and a proven ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams. The position is remote, with a preference for candidates located within 1 hour of the company's showrooms.
