About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Sales to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting sales quotas through a consultative approach, building and nurturing relationships with new direct clients and third-party resellers. This role involves developing charter service offerings, actively prospecting outbound leads, and increasing company revenue by delivering new clients and generating net revenue. The Vice President, Sales will also be tasked with maintaining existing accounts and enhancing market awareness of the company's value propositions.

Applicants for the Vice President, Sales position at the company should be well-organized, capable of managing a demanding client list, and possess a high degree of confidentiality and discretion. The role requires the ability to act as an ambassador for the brand, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google products. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a preference for candidates with 10 years of hospitality and sales experience, and 3 years in the aviation industry. Experience with contact management CRM is also a plus. The position demands a professional who is adept at both inside and outside sales initiatives, and who is prepared to travel as needed.
