This role focuses on scaling new business sales across the U.S., with a priority on acquiring net-new advertisers and introducing them to Criteo's full suite of commerce media solutions.
What You'll Do Lead a high-performing New Business Sales Team: define and execute a strategy to identify, prospect, and win across priority verticals in the Growth segment; build a robust, predictable pipeline of high-potential advertisers; coach the team to exceed sales targets using consultative, value-based selling; foster a culture of curiosity, urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Shape and scale the new business sales motion: implement sales processes, tools, and reporting to improve forecasting, accelerate deal cycles, and enhance conversion rates; partner cross-functionally to evolve value proposition, pricing, and contracting models; identify new market opportunities and lead go-to-market initiatives; develop best practices for outreach, storytelling, discovery, and senior-stakeholder pitching.
Serve as a key business partner and thought leader: act as a strategic advisor to Senior Leadership on market trends and performance; represent Criteo externally in high-stakes meetings and events; attract, develop, and retain top-tier sales talent with clear growth paths.
Who You Are 10+ years of New Business sales leadership experience in digital media, SaaS, or AdTech, preferably in a high-growth environment.
Proven success in building and leading sales teams focused on new logo acquisition.
Deep knowledge of full-funnel digital advertising solutions and the customer journey.
Ability to drive alignment across cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Strategic thinker with executive presence and the ability to simplify complex solutions into compelling narratives.
Experience managing managers, scaling teams, and fostering a customer-obsessed culture.
Growth mindset, competitiveness, and motivation to win new business.

The US base salary pay range for this position per year is: $260,000 - $325,000 .
